- Delivery area: We currently only ship within the United States.

- Shipping costs: Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
Shipping processing time:
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Non-processing days: Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Cutoff Time:
- Cutoff time: 9:00 pm PST Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.

- Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
- Tracking number: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be activated within 24-48 hours.

International Shipping Policy
- Current policy: We currently do NOT ship outside of Canada and the United States.
Damage and lost orders

Damaged Orders: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
